The Cyber Security Defense (CSD) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSD team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program.

The Trust and Safety team reduces risk and protects the experience of our client's and business while combating fraud and abuse in a scalable way.

Required Job Skills:

* Work closely with senior leadership to keep them informed, involved and inspired on progress for proactive initiatives; provide routine updates to leadership should sensitive issues or incidents arise.
* Lead short-term and long-term planning for Trust & Safety including setting operational strategy, metric-oriented goals, and key initiative required for success
* Collaborate with relevant cross-functional stakeholders to gain alignment across the organization
* Build trusted relationships with key cross-functional business partners including multiple product teams, regional offices, and support functions
* A broad knowledge of information security principles, telecommunications protocols, and adversarial tools & techniques
* Understand relevant laws, rules and regulations, and how to apply them to Trust & Safety efforts
* Able to present complicated information security issues in a readily digestible format, tailored to the audience
* Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
* Identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues with minimal negative impact and risk to the organization
* Confident and capable written and oral presentation skills
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to work independently with little oversight managing multiple efforts simultaneously
* Must have strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to work with peers and various levels of management

Desired Job Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Experience in the remediation of Information Security risks/vulnerabilities
* Experience with network monitoring and intrusion detection systems
* Ability to guide Non-Technical persons through technical processes to improve their understanding
* Experience or demonstrable experience with enterprise business operations
* Knowledgeable on current and emerging fraud techniques, and respective control surface
* Working knowledge of current and emerging enterprise product offerings
