The Sr. Training and Engagement Specialist is an essential role in developing and implementing training projects that involve complex or critical business processes and systems. This role is responsible for engaging and collaborating with MDaudit clients to develop comprehensive training project plans. The position will collaborate with Implementation, Support and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and success.

Because collaboration and relationship building is essential to the position, the ability to travel to our clients up to 60% is required. This role is based in our headquarters office in Wellesley, MA.

Required Skills

* Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
* 5+ years of experience in a training position
* Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in instructional design, including training task analysis, writing objectives, curriculum and lesson planning/design, implementation, and evaluation
* 3+ years demonstrated project management experience
* 5+ years of experience in healthcare setting
* Compliance; billing; auditing, coding, accounting (hospital or professional) highly preferred
* Oversight of information systems based projects a must


* Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite
