With a view into over 20 billion streaming hours and more than 3 billion devices a year from 180 countries, Conviva has the largest, multi-publisher, global OTT streaming video continuous measurement census available. We see almost 60% of the Internet population and measure 7 out of the top 10 SVOD providers in the US, as well as many other global OTT providers. Our customers use our continuous measurement sensor and Video AI Platform cloud service to gain a real-time, unified view of their video delivery ecosystem and consumer viewing experience across all their devices and video applications.

As Conviva goes through hyper-growth in business, we are looking for Technical Program Managers to drive delivery of many complex projects in parallel. In this role, you are expected to drive the successful end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, drawing on technical operations and multiple software teams.

You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. You are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. You are expected to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

* Employ formal and informal methods of gathering information in an efficient fashion, digest complex technical and business concerns and requirements
* Produce written documents for plans and status, and verbally present essential and critical information in an unambiguous fashion
* Communicate effectively with the technical staff, product management, and senior executives.
* Refine existing project management practices and establish new ones to ensure greater visibility, striking a balance between process consistency and adaptability.
* Develop, report, and continually improve business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators of success.

What you bring to the role

* Bachelor's Degree in engineering or the sciences, Master preferred
* 10+ years of experience with software products in a technical role
* 5+ years of experience in technical program management delivering projects across geographically distributed teams
* Experience of delivering products in a fast-paced environment preferably in leveraging data storage, Big Data processing or high fault-tolerance area
* Proficiency in applying agile development techniques and structuring complex projects in JIRA
* Experience in launching new products and features to enterprise customers
* Experience in UI, mobile and other devices, and server software preferred
