Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and unique individual to help us manage and deliver key technical projects in a fast-paced, high-growth, start-up environment. This role requires a diverse and high-level technical knowledge set, stamina, quick thinking, an ability to easily context switch, and the ability to make tough decisions. You will have the opportunity to focus on projects across numerous technical fronts, from infrastructure initiatives like, new data center build outs, and platform transformation, to feature deliverables. The nature of the role and project domain will require off-hours work on occasion. This is a highly visible role with tremendous opportunity to learn and grow.

Primary Responsibilities

* Engage and coordinate with a diverse set of teams, both internal and external, on a daily basis
* Plan milestones and execute complex and often long-term technical projects
* Manage and lead agile process to coordinate, prioritized and deliver initiatives
* Work closely with the technology teams, product managers and other stakeholders to get high-quality projects through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
* Assist with any project rollout or deliverables
* Triage JIRA issues and follow through until completion

Requirements

* Experience in technical project management in addition to a background in either development, quality assurance, or another technical related endeavor
* Strong leadership skills; able to successfully influence without authority
* Strong communication skills and a direct style
* Inherent organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize complicated projects
* Ability to garner strong working relationships across multiple teams is a must
* Strong curiosity to all things and a desire to problem solve
* Administration level skill set in Atlassian Cloud +(JIRA + Confluence)
* Experience in release management utilizing GitHub or other common version control tools
* Ability to adapt to a fast growing and changing environment
