Job Description

As a TPM on the Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance (ERMC) team, you will be working in an agile environment solving enterprise level technical challenges and delivering innovation solutions. ERMC drives company-wide priorities and goals for addressing enterprise-wide risks and to monitor business compliance programs. For areas where global coordination is required to manage risk, ERMC 1) establishes company-wide policies and requirements, 2) manages and oversees programs to mitigate risks, 3) monitors business compliance with requirements, and 4) reports testing results to Amazon senior leadership.

This role is inherently cross-functional -- you will work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, finance, business intelligence, and executive teams to deliver features and products. The role requires a strong ability to Invent and Simplify. You will leverage your deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills and excellent leadership skills to come up with new ways to solve challenges at scale. As a Senior TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.
