Within the Amazon Devices organization, we combine devices and services in new ways to inform, entertain, and connect people around the world with a focus on the home and car. One of our product lines is Fire TV which is the #1 streaming media player with over 30MM monthly active users. Our Fire TV mission is to make watching TV effortless and fun for customers to enjoy all of their entertainment so it becomes part of their daily habit for relaxing, being entertained, and spending time with my family and friends. Within the Fire TV Advertising team, we help customers discover content and help Amazon lower prices.

The Fire TV Advertising team - combining advertising and mobile technologies, smart TVs and Alexa to help our customers discover and engage with content and help Amazon lower prices. We operate at Amazon scale, designing and deploying software that is enjoyed by over 30 million active users globally. We solve significant customer problems in the consumer electronics space through devices, mobile applications, computer vision, and machine learning.

In this role, you will be a technical driver with massive impact. You will help develop and drive deliver the roadmap and product vision and you will have a high degree of ownership in critical features and user experiences that team is building. The role is inherently cross-functional and cross-organizational -- you will work closely with product managers, UX, software engineering, device marketing, operations, customer service, business intelligence and other stakeholders across the Fire TV and Advertising organizations. We are looking for someone with deep customer focus as well as a passion for and an established track record delivering products to that customers love, ideally that are both cloud and device software stacks. A successful candidate should be able to manage the tactical tasks of delivering products while simultaneously defining and driving strategic product planning for forward looking initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a passion for TV and video entertainment and/or advertising, combined with an established track record delivering break-out consumer software experiences.

This position is based in Seattle.
