TechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for a Sr. Systems/Network Administrator.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Sr. Systems/Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and support of the organizations technology infrastructure. The desired candidate would serve as a technical expert in an extensive variety of technologies and be able to excel in a fast paced environment. Daily operations may include large scale project design/deployment, infrastructure related tickets, break/fix issues, documentation, system monitoring and resource forecasting. The ideal candidate would need to possess a high skill level in the areas of autonomous problem solving, communication, analysis, teamwork and determination.

This position will report to the Sr. Director, IT Operations.

Responsibilities:

* Monitoring all systems and responding to events
* Research and design of new solutions
* Work with vendor support to resolve issues
* Respond to tickets from other teams for infrastructure requests
* Respond to critical system outages
* Perform system updates and maintenance
* Interact with many systems and networks across a large geographical area
* Change management submissions
* Resource forecasting and analysis
* Work independently to resolve issues or collectively as a team to address critical outages
* Identify sub-optimal tasks and recommend improvements
* Automation of tasks
* Assess functional needs to determine specifications for purchases
* Assist in maintaining the systems policies and procedures manual

Required Skills:

* 6+ years of experience in systems/network administration
* Linux experience
* Knowledge of a wide variety of physical and virtual servers
* Virtualization including Hyper-V and VMware
* Virtual Machine Clusters using shared storage
* Strong Windows Server Knowledge including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy Management
* Storage technologies including and SAN's, NAS, RAID and Scale out File Server
* Advanced Networking Principles pertaining to Cisco firewalls and switches
* Cisco UCS
* F5 Load Balancers
* Meraki wireless access points
* Web server support including IIS and ColdFusion
* Microsoft Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, Skype for Business Server
* Verizon Edgecast services including CDN
* Polycom video conferencing
* Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on servers
* Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure while meeting project deadlines
