Sr. Systems Management Analyst - Role is the Sr. Technical Lead to manage and administer Sterling B2B platform for Optum. Individual provides technical expertise for the direction, implementation, and sustainability and production support of the application.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Mentors and builds best practices within the team
* Performs trading partner maintenance, including setting up mft connections with internal and external clients
* Work problem tickets and perform ongoing system maintenance as directed by manager
* Work with global teams and within a matrixed organization
* Handle troubleshooting with transaction failures or transfer issues
* Takes ownership and accountability with work product and drive to meet Service Level Agreement turnaround times with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

* 7 years of experience with file transfer protocols such as FTPS, SFTP and Connect:Direct
* 6 years of experience with Sterling Integrator in an application administration role
* 3 years of EDI experience
* Experience supporting applications running on Linux

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience using Pragmaedge Community Manager (PCM)
