Overview
Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team. You will provide technical and programmatic advice and support services on a suite of advanced weapon system, sensor, and computer processing related technologies and programs.

Responsibilities
As a Sr. Systems Engineer with MTSI you will Provide technical and programmatic advice and support services on a suite of advanced weapon system, sensor, and computer processing related technologies and programs. This position will be located in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
* You will Interact daily with Air Force program managers and aerospace industry subject matter experts to assist the government with technical assessments, strategic planning, and engineering evaluations.
Qualifications
* 15 years' of relevant DoD work experience.
* Knowledge of DoD and/or USAF systems engineering processes and procedures for ACAT 1 and 2 systems, and contracts experience in preparing SOWs/RFPs and performing technical evaluations of proposals.
* Recent DoD and/or USAF Special Access Programs experience and DoD and/or USAF Headquarters staffing processes.
