The Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and developing a wide range of applications and services. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of design patterns and data modeling as well as development life cycle.

Additional responsibilities include:

Platform Management:

* Provide inputs:
* to release management considering project dependency, cost efficiency and platform synergies
* to technical architecture of all solutions running on technical platform
* to drive selection process for technical solutions through comprehensive technical assessment
* to technical delivery, including 3rd party SI selection via RFP; owns SOW approval
* to fully utilize current platform functionalities before bringing new
* to drive cost reduction by proactively eliminating duplicative technical solutions (or cost avoidance by ensure non-duplicative future architecture)
* to govern IT resource approval, prioritization and resource planning efforts for enhancements
* on execution from design, development, testing, deploy and Hyper care/ KT to IT OP



Systems Analysis:

* Develops the system design specifications from the business requirements document
* The creation of a project/task plan for new development & enhancements
* Prepares & documents technical & program design specifications (including flow charts)
* Completes the programming and development effort
* Completes & documents unit & system testing and assist IT testing teams
* Manages & plans program implementations into production environment
* Communicates with end users on business requirements and problem resolution
* Provides key inputs into the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), if necessary
* Meets all required compliance documentation and change management requirements
* Acts autonomously - deals directly with business partners and vendors to scope and manage projects on their own
* Act without needing direct supervision for the assignments of tasks and duties
* Ability to align with business areas as a trusted technology partner
* Mentors and provides technical direction to other team members
* Exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing setting priorities among multiple projects, and performing tasks
* Performs analysis and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency
* Ability to lead difficult and complex work assignments

Job Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in any standard ERP system (Preferably Oracle EBS)
* Familiar with one EBS module and demonstrated ability to learn other EBS modules
* Experience in data extraction using SQL statements
* Experience performing data analysis
* Experience writing technical design
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
* Good understanding of writing SQL statements using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
* Familiar with object oriented analysis/design/development
* Familiar with AOL objects (KFF, DFF, Concurrent programs, etc.)
* Familiar with RICE Objects (Reports, Interface, Conversion and Extensions)
* Good analytical skills
* Ability to Multi-task
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Must be able to think logically and systematically
* Microsoft office suite knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Access, Power point, Visio)
