Leveraging organic and in-organic growth, E2open is becoming a software company focused on suite level solution offerings.

Ensure E2open E2E supply chain solutions are staged and delivered to exceed customer expectations. With a focus on combined product offerings, serve as a solution thought leader and architect facing in to customers, E2open sales, E2open product, and the internal PS team within the Business Unit. Help to ensure that each E2open solution space is developing the required cross-trained resources and is staged to deliver BU-specific vertical capabilities for install base and new customer opportunities.

E2open External

* Serve as Enterprise Solution Architect for targeted accounts. Role is both E2E thought leader and doer responsible for complex design deliverables.
* Ability to present to senior level customer executives on supply chain solution architecture
* Mentor more junior solution architects on targeted accounts
* Support targeted sales processes representing E2open Professional Services
* Support targeted x-solution training needs

E2open Internal

* Collaborate with E2open product teams on key design needs x-solution
* Billability target, standard quarterly bonus program
* Champion the new value components of E2Launch across targeted accounts, develop field standards
* Develop BU vertical expertise on how solutions drive value for specific industries (semi, automotive, etc.)
* Develop best practices for targeted solution offerings and a process to manage SA best practices in solution design

Experience:

* Demonstrated depth in one or more supply chain functional areas included in the E2open solution portfolio
* Experienced in positioning and delivering complex supply chain solution as a Solution Architect
* Discrete Industry background in High Tech, Semiconductor, Automotive or Telco
* Dallas, Austin, San Jose locations preferred
* Ability to travel as needed up to 50% to support field engagements
