The Sponsored Products Supply team is looking for senior engineers to build large scale, distributed systems that will bridge the gap between advertiser demand and publisher supply on Amazon. This unfilled gap is worth hundreds of millions of dollars to Amazon and requires nifty system engineering to enable new placements, build distributed systems that integrate with Retail and AWS, and drastically reduce the development efforts from several weeks to few hours. There are opportunities for novel applications of Deep Learning and Bandits at every layer in the stack from ad sourcing, ad pricing, and ad presentation with the ultimate goal to delight customers and realize bigger accretive wins.

We have a high-bar for customer excellence and consider a win only when customers not only can't decipher between ads and organic results but look forward to ads as it provides a means for breaking monotony and opening up new selection.
