The purpose of this role is to provide testing coordination and expertise with high quality standards. This role involves communication with both internal and external teams and is responsible to drive testing efforts for all applications.

Responsibilities

* List key deliverables of the job and how it contributes to achieve our overall business mission, not how the Work under the direction of the Manager and/or Lead to provide QA solutions for assigned projects.
* Authoring, maintaining and executing test cases in accordance with established standards and formats. Proactively understands changes to project scope and makes relevant changes to test scripts and scenarios as appropriate.
* Demonstrates an understanding of functional and technical specifications and incorporating this information into test cases.
* Design and participate in all phases for testing life cycle. (Complete understanding of SDLC)
* Identify and document defects and assist with classification, tracking, retesting, and resolution as required
* Review documentation and user manuals to obtain functional and technical knowledge of assigned application technology.
* Interact with business users, business analysts and systems analysts to understand requirements and enhancement requests
* Support user training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Provide production support during go lives.
* Create test scripts as per workflow and business requirement
* Provide accurate testing status to leadership & project team(s).
* Active participant in process improvements, voice project concerns, impacts
* Active participant in best practices
* Negotiate approach, effort & delivery time

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

* BA or BS degree preferred and/or other relevant combination of training and experience.

Experience:

* 2-5 years industry experience preferred
* 5-10 years practical experience in providing business process and functional support for assigned product preferred
* Knowledge of test automation tools such as UFT, Selenium and OpKey preferred.

Travel Requirements:

* May require local travel
* May require other travel for business needs

Working Arrangements:

* May require after hours on all support
* Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
