What will you do in this role:

Are you creative, energetic, consultative (by nature) problem-solver with exceptional project management process design and team leadership skills? We are looking for a Senior Program / Project Manager to perform project management process analysis and redesign. Your project management team leadership skills will be utilized to develop 4 other project managers. You will be the project teams' liaison between the financial systems business units & IT; understanding needs and improving project delivery services.

This will include the following:

* Managing and developing 4 project managers, while improving project delivery services to the business units.
* Project management process improvements (i.e. intakes, project justifications, project tracking, roadmaps and portfolio management).
* Analyze and evaluate current project statuses, interview financial system end-users to understand needs and align with project delivery.
* Identify gaps in current systems for the business and develop financial system recommendations to meet business requirements.
* Working with subject matter experts to determine requirement specifications using a variety of document formats, e.g. Word docs, flowcharts, swim lanes, wireframes, graphs, etc.
* Translating high-level business financial systems requirements into functional specifications for business application development.
* Developing user stories, use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, business rules and test cases.

Key Competencies:

* 7-10+ years of project management with strong business analysis experience translating business (financial system solutions) and technical requirements with the ability to see strategically how various efforts will impact the development process.
* Demonstrated financial systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) experience; preferably in the TV production/media industry.
* Demonstrated experience with project methodology / project management.
* Business Analyst experience writing functional specifications and documenting business systems requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to make appropriate business decisions.
* Excellent collaborator with the ability to make people feel valued and accepted.
* Superb stakeholder expectation management.
* Demonstrated customer service, client-facing focus.
* High comfort-level with working in a chaotic environment; bringing organization and structure.

Highly Preferred:

* Finance, Financials, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Marketing, Sales background.
* Proficiency with Salesforce, MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio, Jira or other PM tools.
* TV Production/Media experience.
