Manages the capital initiative portfolio of the Technology Services group
Responsibilities
* Develop and present business cases and process all paperwork in support of technology infrastructure initiatives. * Maintains the business relationship with the Business Planning and Internal Audit Groups and the QA team to ensure compliance to the budget funding process. * Responsible for responding to all inquiries from the Internal Audit team related to the Technology services capital initiative portfolio. * Manage timelines, budgets, communications and report on all technology infrastructure initiative projects. * Oversee the activities of both in-house and partner project managers in the execution of projects assuring full compliance with the 7-Eleven Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Solution Development Methodology (SDM). * Assures that any outstanding issues requiring escalation are handled promptly and followed rigorously to a successful outcome. * Collaborates with the Senior Management of the Technology Services group to provide projections on budget items for mid-year plan and the annual budget cycle. * Gathers documents and communicates the monthly results for the Technology Services Scorecard. * Provides this measurement data to the person who consolidates all measurements into the IT scorecard.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree * PMP desirable * Experience: 10, Program and Project Management. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Strong project management skills. * Strong facilitation skills. * Strong written communication skills. * Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft tool suite to include: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and SharePoint
