LMI is seeking an experienced program cost specialist to directly support a customer in the IC.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be the senior member of a 2-person financial team that supports all aspects of financial management for a complex and ever-changing internal customer program office. In addition to the technical skill requirements noted below, this position requires the communications skills necessary to interact professionally and seamlessly with senior government managers in a front office environment.

Qualifications

Required:

* TS/SCI with poly
* Bachelor's degree or 10 years' of financial-management - related experience
* 7 or more years of experience developing cost estimates, managing program/project budgets, and/or controlling costs in a portfolio of projects
* Adept at financial research, cost reconstruction, and willingness/drive to engage a myriad of stakeholders related to financial research
* Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial management
* Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate pivot tables, vlookup, and light scripting
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with COGNOS and BASIS
