Job Description

Checkpoint Certified Security Expert or equivalent

* Minimum of 3+ years enterprise level experience designing, configuring, and managing security infrastructure devices such as firewalls, SSL VPNs, secure web gateways, IPSs, application firewalls, etc.
* Proven experience with CheckPoints NextGen firewall suite
* Ability to demonstrate and present solid networking and security experience to customers and partners is required
* Ability to clearly relay technical knowledge to both technical and non-technical people, written and verbally
* Experience in information gathering, planning, and execution of large and complex network security projects such as migrations and/or upgrades is an absolute requirement
* Experience in a pre and/or post-sales consulting position is preferred but not necessary
* BS degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) or equivalent work experience
