TITLE:Sr. Manager (Multiple openings)LOCATION:Greenwood Village, CO JOB SUMMARY:Oversee software testing of Spectrum QAM, DOCSIS, and IP and middleware applications across set top boxes, mobile, and IP Video platforms. Ensure quality assurance best practices throughout the Test Lifecycle through continuous retrospection activities. Collaborate with product owners to identify product and technical requirements to develop test strategy, approaches, methodologies, and plans, and planning for sprints. Test system builds and provide test reports for operation teams for deploying the product to customers in Agile and Waterfall methodology. Perform system, functional, integration, and regression software testing. Oversee continuous deployments in AWS cloud environment using Ansible scripts and troubleshoot issues with code, reference data, and environment stability issues. Identify gaps and issues in applications. Continuously integrate and execute automation scripts using web service automation framework, automated deployment, and reporting and publish results. Enhance, debug, and execute STB scripts on a Video Test Automation tool. Use Billers (CSG and ICOMS) and controllers (DAC and EC) for Video Guide provisioning. Perform service testing using Soap UI and Postman. Utilize Mongo DB and Cassandra DB.

EDUCATION/

REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a closely related field. Must have 6 years of experience performing system, functional, integration, and regression software testing, or 6 years of using web service automation test techniques. Must have 4 years of experience writing test strategy, test approaches, methodologies, and test plans. Must have 3 years of experience: on QAM, DOCSIS, IP and middleware applications for Video platform; and test management experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery in Cable Industry. Must have 2 years of experience: using Billers (CSG/ICOMS) to provision, activate and troubleshoot accounts and DAC/EC controllers use to push code to STBs; in development and maintenance of automation scripts, automated deployment, and reporting; in service testing using Soap UI and Postman; and utilizing Mongo DB or Cassandra DB.
