Position Overview

The Master Data Delivery Manager will lead multiple support teams related to the Allergan Master Data Management (MDM) platform and the MDM Data Stewardship function. The Allergan MDM platform provides critical healthcare professional and healthcare organization master data to many downstream commercial systems. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing the MDM environment to meet required business needs and for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data and system issues.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

* Maintain and improve the current high level of master data quality with a focus on accurate synchronization to the Veeva CRM platform.


* Build strategic partnerships with internal customers, business partners, and other Business Technology teams to understand requirements early-on so that requests can be completed on time and accurately.


* Execute the quarterly sales force alignment process for loading into the Veeva CRM environment.


* Enter, track and manage all Service Now incidents and tasks assigned to the teams. Ensure accordance with all service level agreements.


* Work with vendors and partners on the renewal of software maintenance agreements, data subscriptions, and support contracts.


* Participate in annual budget planning process; track accruals; approve invoices.


* Follow all SDLC and ITIL processes for change management and platform enhancements.


* Provide updates on project status and timelines to the Project Management Office.



Requirements

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:

* Ability to effectively manage and lead on-site and off-shore resources.


* Ability to identify and support technology-based solutions to new business challenges.


* Ability to network across a diverse group of teams and operate in a large organization.


* Excellent communications skills.


* Advanced SQL skills preferred.


* Ability to learn new technologies or platforms where required.



Preferred Skills/Qualification

The below skills are attributes that may not be mandatory, but are definitely desired in the ideal candidate.

* Inclusive management style - advocate of working as a team player, good player coach, not afraid to roll up 5+ years experience supporting MDM solutions (preferably solutions for Pharma industry companies).


* 3+ years experience with ETL platforms (Informatica Powercenter preferred).


* Project/Program management experience a definite plus.



Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Systems or related field and a minimum of 3-7 years managed services experience.
