POSITION SUMMARY

Operations Manager - Data Sales will have capabilities in planning and implementing client data sales solutions to enable new and existing operations for data sales. The Ops Manager will develop and communicate the operations vision to the corporation, meeting with various levels to promote data sales capabilities, and defining best in class analytics and data practices in support of data sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Accountable for data delivery and analytics solutions in support of current contracts and new data sales operations
* Partner with Technology and Data Delivery Teams to ensure all requirements successfully move through the intake process and are delivered as per the needed timeframe
* Keep track of the progress of requirements that are in the development pipeline as well as issues and risks
* Monitor all existing data sale feeds to ensure they are executing with 100% reliability
* Promptly address and work to resolve issues relating to output data discrepancies and other related defects.
* Provide support to Data Analytics Sales team as needed on escalated client/vendor issues.
* Research and appropriately apply the latest data and analytics methods.
* Function in a consultative role to Technology to provide recommendations on security tools, processes, and best practices.
* Provide consultative support to clients/vendors.
* Report out to Data Analytic Sales teams on Monthly Operation performance
* Identify where automated solutions are needed and ensure that they are addressed in order to attain operational productivity
* Potential exists to manage a small data delivery development team for speed to market solutions
* Effectively collaborate and influence leadership across the organization. Uses diplomacy and tact. Is able to understand disparate perspectives, find common points of agreement, and navigate past road blocks.
* Inspire and influence others to achieve goals.
* Highly skilled in understanding the big picture related to security implications. Drives solutions to close gaps and mitigate risks. Called on by outside groups as an expert.
* Lead the definition of capabilities, project scope, business requirements, and function for complex systems application development.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of experience.
* Master's degree in related field with 3 year of experience.
* 11 years relevant experience without Bachelor's Degree.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio and Project).
* Demonstrated ability to lead program-level business analysis security projects, feasibility studies, competitive analysis and business cases.
* Ability to mentor, coach and train business analysts.
* Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
* Experience with application development methodologies.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities; communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
* Working knowledge of information systems security standards and practices (e.g., access control and system hardening, system audit and log file monitoring, security policies, and incident handling).
* Prior PBM work experience a plus.
