Responsibilities

We seek a developer who will develop and maintain bots and integrations in the service of delivering business processes against the platforms and tools tapestry at Disney. Specific platforms include Slack, JIRA, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, and others.

Candidates are required to have strong domain expertise in creating bots, leveraging APIs, and using chatbot frameworks. Specific experience with Slack, SAML, LDAP, and other enterprise acronym based technologies are strongly desired. Additionally, experience with established bot frameworks and APIs are strongly desired.

Overall the candidate must be compatible with being a member of a robust, highly collaborative team, a passionate problem solver, and exhibit the capability to deliver while balancing speed with perfection. In the end, the candidate must also care deeply about enabling efficiency and productivity for the company and for fellow employees.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and refine our existing chatbot frameworks, scripts and supporting applications
* Develop new chatbot functionality to specification on required frameworks
* Develop unit tested code following project specific standards
* Resolve and iterate against continuous integration and checks
* Collaborate with the production team through design, test and build
* Provide insights to ideate and iterate on product features
* Configure, support and integrate various software systems
