Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple innovation projects; managing innovation initiatives from technology research and ideation to experimentation, managing key interactions, timelines, and project reporting; coordinating meetings and engagement with innovation teams, stakeholders and key advisors to enable the execution of potential innovation experiments; defining and regularly publishing the playbook for the innovation process; overseeing/coordinating concept evaluation development, proof of concept development, and prototype development activities; providing management with required materials to be presented to division leadership for review and approval, developing the program strategy, supporting business case and various innovation project plans. Ensures integration of program and corresponding sub-projects and adjusts program scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business. Responsible for tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to program leadership and team.

Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor degree and 8 years of project/program management experience and/or IT work experience OR 7-10 years managing projects and some experience managing complex programs.
* Knowledge of business area and/or industry/technology included in scope
* Leadership experience in multi-discipline, high-performance cross functional, matrix teams.
* Experience in developing and reviewing program/project budgets and cost/expense information.
* Experience delivering action plans to allocate resources across programs.
* Experience in negotiations, influence others, responding to changes quickly, and managing conflict.
* Experience in facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication.
* Experience in project management lifecycle with a strong customer focus to drive execution of service delivery from business to IT
* Experience in project/program management, portfolio management methodologies and tools.
* Experience in good judgment and quick business decisions.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in MIS or Computer Science
* Experience in a broad range of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain and Augmented/ Virtual Reality (AR/VR)
* Extensive experience in project delivery and working in complex programs
