Sr. Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for building/supporting enterprise voice and Contact Center technologies including Cisco UC, SBC's and contact center solutions. This position is responsible for planning and designing complex data and voice communication networks: 1) Research and development of voice, contact center & networking technologies; 2) Understand business requirements and design solutions to meet requirements; 3) Develop project plans and coordinate across IT functions 4) Implementation of new technology and systems, installation and maintenance of infrastructure; 5) and contribution to establishing and maintaining standards and best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Bachelors Degree and 4 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years of Information Technology experience OR 8 years of Information Technology experience.
* 7+ years of experience in the Contact Center/voice communications field.
* Experience in logical design of voice & contact center solutions, research and development, and hands-on configuration.
* A strong focus on teamwork, communication, and documentation.
* Performs analysis of maintenance failures, research trends, causes of failures, and recommend solutions to avert future failures.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
* Extensive knowledge of Cisco related voice and contact center components.
* Call recording, CVP, VXML, ICM.
* RDBMS - SQL Server/Oracle.
* Experience on java/.net.
* Infrastructure automation.
* Oral & written communications.

Functional knowledge of security best practices and design principals.
* Drive cross-functional execution.
