Impact analysis and Effort estimation for each ticket to identify the scope and time required to resolve the ticket • Software configuration and installations related to Hyperion, OBIEE, Java Web Apps • Resolve service requests on access, data, metadata, job monitoring and Reporting • Resolve L2 and L3 issues in Consolidation, Planning, Reporting and Hyperion service failure • Resolve L2 support tickets for OBIEE and Java Web Apps • Support interface between Hyperion and other third party systems with the help of DBA teams and vendors • Take lead in technical application support for Hyperion • Build knowledge repository. Ensure Hyperion technical documentation is in place and kept up to date • Work in close coordination with other FIS & MGTI teams on Hyperion related initiatives and support issues • Raise and Follow up with Oracle for any open SR that are raised to resolve any product bugs • Patching of the iiistance as per the patch management process for bug fixes and SR rsponse to the Hyperion system • Ensure Hyperion systems meet regulatory requirements in coordination with FIS team • Solve Java plug in issues, set up new user, unlock users, web forms issues etc in the existing Java Web apps • Make recommendations on service improvement plan and manage approved service improvement Hyperion EPM and ETL/OBIEE Infrastructure Support • Follow up with users on any open issues that require user comments or response • Ensure proper processes are followed • Identify bugs, break-fixes • Address the technical bugs and code-changes in Oracle • Monitor Hyperion, OBIEE, Java Web Apps Services • Hyperion, OBIEE Service instance management • Server Space management • Oracle SR investigation / impact risk & analysis • Monitor System availability • Oracle Apps DBA Support -This will include following activities • Create and maintain issue logs and participate in weekly status meeting or any other periodic meetings for Hyperion BAU support
