Amazon is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join an exciting new product team working to build a completely new best-in-class consumer product. As Sr. Game Designer, you will work with product management, research, and design to help define and prototype new games experiences. This position requires the ability to dive deep, invent, and be relentlessly curious about customer needs and how we can bring potential solutions to life. You will validate customer experience concepts at a variety of fidelities, including working prototypes, throughout the design process. You are highly motivated to explore new opportunities the team uncovers.

Responsibilities include:

* Work within a larger design team to bring new game experiences to life through ideation and prototyping
* Prototype, implement, and balance system variables to create an entertaining gameplay experience for a diverse array of play styles
* Practice iterative design techniques to integrate player feedback and playtest data
* Lead others and set direction, and scope work accurately in the face of ambiguity
* Participate in annual planning and end-to-end design process
* Effectively present and explain your work to stakeholders and leadership
