About

Job Description

* Develop and manage ongoing Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) program to assess and mitigate risk as well as identify gaps in, assess effectiveness of, and improve upon, all security policies and practices. Collaborate across all appropriate departments and markets to include in the ESRM process for risk and loss avoidance.
* Implement a Global Security strategy to ensure effective security policies, procedures and practices for supply chain security, workplace violence, insider threat, physical security, product tampering, and brand protection programs.


* Identify and ensure the implementation of corrective security measures to swiftly rectify security-related threats and risks.
* Coordinate and integrate all security systems and services including physical access control, third party protection services and vendors, law enforcement liaison, and profile management of all employees, contractors and visitors.
* Effectively manage direct reports(s). Collaborate, mentor, and coordinate globally with Company personnel fulfilling the security role at their respective facilities.
* Conduct and/or coordinate risk and threat assessments for all Company events globally. Ensure an effective security posture for Company events.
* Serve as the stakeholder for the global incident management system which consists of oversight, audit, incident triage, and analysis of metrics to incorporate into the overall ESRM process.
* Conduct and oversee all security investigations. Conduct and support compliance investigations as required.
* Inform and advise the Executive Leadership Team on critical or timely security issues.
* Take an active role in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders to develop policies and procedures, monitor and respond to situations, and communicate to impacted employees.
* Collaborate with Compliance, IT and Audit to ensure effective security of information systems and technology. Advise the Executive Leadership Team on cybersecurity matters when appropriate.
* Identify, develop and administer effective training to increase security awareness across the Company.

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree with course work in Criminal Justice, law, security management or related fields
* Professional security certification or government equivalent.
* 5+ years of experience with direct responsibility for global security in a corporate environment.
* Security, or law enforcement experience with International exposure.
* Demonstrated experience in risk management, threat assessments, and security program management is highly desirable.
* Background in cyber threats and cybersecurity risks is highly desirable.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to develop, implement and evaluate strategic security policies, procedures and initiatives on a global basis.
* Sensitivity to diverse global cultures.
* Persuasive leader with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate security related matters to senior management and the global organization.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement, intelligence and other government agencies globally as well as private sector counterparts.
* Ability to develop sound process to get things done both through formal channels and informal networks.
* Understands the reasoning behind key policies, practices and procedures.
