The Opportunity: We are a looking for a Sr. Client Lead for our Operations Technology Talent Acquisition Team to support a critical vertical (Amazon Fulfillment Technology) within Operations Technology. You will bring strong business acumen, depth of technical recruitment strategy and experience, a passion for building teams and developing people, and the ability to form strong partnerships with business customers and partners to this role. You'll be a big thinker who also knows how to dive into the details of your business; you'll know how to optimize process, have an appetite for experimentation, and motivate your teams to strive for excellence in delivery. In this role, you'll focus your team on understanding the rapidly evolving talent marketplace, build sourcing strategies focused on building long term relationships with technical talent, and relentlessly pursue improving the candidate experience.

Specifically, this position will:

* Be a talent advisor by building partnerships with your business teams and creating detailed hiring strategies that will deliver results on time
* Use data to understand and drive strategic recruiting solutions and measure the health of recruiting teams
* Mentor the team; build a team of talent advisors and look around corners to ensure the team has the competencies and capabilities to adapt to our ever changing, growing business
* Collaborate across Amazon's Global Talent Acquisition team to proactively share and seek the best ideas/solutions and celebrate not having to reinvent
* Show up with our best work, always. High quality and scrappiness are not mutually exclusive and you will know how to achieve both
