Job Description

Outstanding and interesting project: ASRC Federal supports the Office of Application Engineering and Development (OAED) and Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) with business analyst support to help develop and ensure that Agile features and user stories required to develop the systems and validate that the business area's functional and performance requirements are met prior to delivery to operations for production testing and deployment.

* Work closely with product owners, technical leads, project managers and other pertinent groups to obtain all necessary requirement details, including fully detailed user/technical stories, business logic, process flow, etc.
* Work with users to determine user acceptance criteria for testing and will list out scenarios for the business stakeholders to walk through and facilitate elements of testing.

* Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant, progressive experience
* Prior experience with Agile required
* Prior experience with the Rally business tool required
* Prior experience developing user stories is required
* Strong written and verbal skills demonstrated experience of creating and giving presentations to client leadership
* Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
* Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
* Past experience as a business or project analyst required
* Possess organizational skills to schedule meetings, manage minutes, and develop meeting notes
* Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective, timely solutions while paying close attention to detail and the quality of all deliverables.
