KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Master Data Management / Steward to join our Digital Business Transformation organization.

Responsibilities:

* Engage business resources to review, plan, and manage reference data values (e.g. Industry, Service, Business Unit, Business Area, and Service Type), address change management, and ensure reference data remains validated and agreed to by the business
* Support the Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem, including MDM tool configuration, cleansing & operating process improvement including integration with 3rd party services and data sets
* Assist the Master Data Management Lead in development, and execution of, detailed operating change control process, planning, and centralized reference data management over time
* Engage data quality resources/ services to profile Data Quality (DQ) levels, identify controls and business rules (e.g., survivorship rules) that may be required to maintain the master domains over time
* Execute change control requests to centrally managed master data sets as determined by the MDM operating model
* Promote awareness of MDM capabilities across KPMG including liaising with business owners, project managers, system/dataset owners and custodians

Qualifications:

* Minimum three years of experience working within MDM programs and the processes of mastering data
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
* Strong understanding of MDM tool suites including configuration (Informatica a plus)
* Proven track record of delivering customer-centric master data management across a complex portfolio of stakeholders; as well as demonstrated ability to build & manage effective relationships
* Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and decision making skills with the ability to prioritize and use independent judgment to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
* US Citizenship is required
