Participate in providing data management support to the department and end users. Aids end-user community to design new workflows, develops databases, and web-based applications to improve the operations system-wide. Provide technical guidance to the team, and assist management on project evaluation, and system performance improvement.

* Design and develop Java web applications to meet data collection, reporting and analytic needs.
* Create relational databases; write queries, views, stored procedures and triggers. Maintains the quality and validity of all databases. Assist in database performance tuning.
* Gather requirements from end users; Extract and transform raw data into usable forms that can be subsequently loaded into database. Export data from database to XML, text or other format as needed.
* Select appropriate and up-to-date software for application and report development.
* Lead and guide analyst and application developers.
* Respond to end user community by providing technical supports on applications and databases.
* Capable of managing deadlines and working simultaneously on a variety of tasks.
* Perform related duties, as required.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, required.
* Strong Object Oriented programming skills (Java, Python).
* Minimum five (5) years development experience in web technologies such as Java, Servlets, JSP, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Thymeleaf, , AJAX, JSON, JPA, Spring framework, Spring Boot.
* Proficient with database design, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL stored procedures.
* Knowledge of Allscripts Analytics and/or Sunrise Clinical Analytics, preferred.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle several projects at once.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
