The Nature's Bounty Co.'s Engineering Team is currently recruiting for a Project Engineering Specialist! This role is ian integral member of the project team responsible for delivering Corporate Capital projects of varying size and complexity. The Specialists' responsibilities include project performance tracking and analysis, cost performance reporting, purchase order generation, and overall vendor data maintenance under the direction of a Project Manager (PM).

* Assists Project Engineers or Directors with Purchase Order generation
* Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
* Coordinates with Finance on Capital Project status, Budget, PO or Closeout.
* Coordinates payment forms with Accounts Payable.
* Coordinates with the Legal Department to generate executable contracts for vendors or contractors.
* Coordinates Vendor or Contractors entry into Supplier System database. Ensure that all GMP and Safety documentation is filled out and submitted.
* Tracks and analyzes projects' performance, expenditures, procurement and reports about any possible or, risks, overflows, deficits
* Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Tracks and analyzes project and cost performance
* Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
* Closes project and documentation
* Assists the Director of Engineering with multi-year Capital Planning
* Replenishes supplies and/or coordinates meetings if needed
* Reports and escalates to management as needed

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 3-years of Capital Project Engineering Coordination Experience
* Strong Microsoft Office® Product Skills, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
* Ability to prepare detailed planning documents including long-range planning and milestones.
* Strong facilitation, verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
