THE ROLE:

You are the Specialist in eCommerce Implementation here at Metagenics.

In this role, you are the go-to person to implement all eCommerce projects across Metagenics-globally. You are responsible for maintaining our existing suite of products in the eCommerce site, and you will incorporate new products that are launched throughout the year in a new and creative way so you are constantly improving upon the seamless customer buying experience.

You will want to compete against yourself by constantly revamping eCommerce content to better optimize page rankings with the goal of landing Metagenics.com on page one of ALL search engines. Because you are that creative, forward thinking, and technically talented.

You'll partner primarily with the Product Management team with whom you will collaborate to gain a full understanding of upcoming product launches and be their in-house expert on how all new products can fit into the eCommerce store so that it runs as efficiently as Jeff Bezo's world.

What you'll do:

* Evaluate client localization and business needs and define implementation configuration
* Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of detailed implementation & configuration project schedules
* Test and troubleshoot final system setups
* Provide training and end-user support during and post-implementation
* Own the Metagenics, and associated brands, eCommerce product catalog content for new, reformulated, and rebranded products
* Support the development of eCommerce product launch protocol
* Maintain & distribute eCommerce product launch calendar
* Collaborate with Marketing team to obtain approved content
* Update eCommerce product content - Product Groups and Product Pages, Product descriptions, Product images, and SEO page optimization
* Support the development and implementation of go-to-market promotions on the eCommerce site
* Coupon and discounts set-up
* Distribute active coupon and discounts list to stakeholders each week
* Participate in the development and distribution of eComm Product Launch brief for each product launch and distribute to key stakeholders

What you'll need:

Experience / Training / Education

* Bachelor's Degree (foreign academic or work equivalent is acceptable)
* 1-2 years of project management experience in a healthcare or software environment
* Strong verbal and communications skills

Knowledge of

* Working knowledge of HTML
* Working knowledge of Jira
* Some experience with Photoshop
* Some experience with SEO
* Well versed with Microsoft Excel
* Extreme attention to detail

Skills/Abilities

* A drive to learn quickly and constantly adapt to new challenges
* Strong self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
* Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personality types
* Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and read small print
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and problem solving skills
* Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things
