Announced in May 2018, Peapod Digital Labs is an Ahold Delhaize USA company that will serve as the engine that powers U.S. ecommerce and digital strategies. Peapod Digital Labs will accelerate growth in digital and personalization capabilities for the great local brands of Ahold Delhaize USA and will serve as the innovation lab for the U.S. portfolio of companies, driving digital and eCommerce innovation, technology and experience to meet the changing needs of customers of Ahold Delhaize USA's local brands, regardless of when, where and how consumers choose to shop. Peapod continues to be a consumer-facing eCommerce brand, and is part of Peapod Digital Labs, focused on growing Peapod sales to consumers.

Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the role

* Partner with banner Managers and specialists in the creation and development of business requirements needed for systems, applications, and data sources implementations necessary to improve customer loyalty and shopping behavior for Food Lion and Hannaford.
* Participate in data validation and user acceptance testing for any enhancements to the existing marketing systems or modifications to external systems that integrate with existing marketing systems.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation of marketing systems as it relates to systems and data integration and expansion of capabilities.
* Identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies in customer data across marketing systems. Work with IT partners and business stakeholders to address issues.
* Function as a liaison between business partners and IT in the context of marketing systems integration, customer data capture and downstream data processing, governance and integrity.

The Essentials In Your Cart - The required ingredients

* Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or IT Systems or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
* Minimum of 5 years related work experience including the following:
* Experience with marketing systems and database maintenance
* Minimum of 2 years experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
* Minimum of 2 years experience reading and writing
* Minimum of 5 years related work experience including the following:
