Solutions recommendations are rooted in best practices, but creativity and innovation are necessary when tailoring each solution to a client's distinct needs.

We thrive on delivering critical advice and sound implementations for some of the world's largest Tableau, Alteryx and Snowflake environments. We aim to capture, distill and share best practices and learnings with our team, clients, and community.

Responsibilities

* Consult with business and IT stakeholders to architect and implement an analytics environment that fits requirements and is built on best practices
* Support enterprise cloud transformations by strategizing and executing migrations of analytics platforms between on-premise datacenters and public cloud
* Advise clients' analytics platform strategy and organization-wide deployment
* Evaluate existing environments for opportunities to improve performance, align with best practices and gain efficiencies
* Develop and deliver product and service offerings that leverage our expertise and maximize value to the client
* Lead critical outage troubleshooting efforts for our clients' platforms
* Develop and implement platform maintenance automation scripts
* Scope engagements and provide project clarity with actionable steps and deliverables

As a solutions architect, you'll be called upon to flex a broad range of technical competencies and soft skills. An ideal candidate has a solid foundation in several of the following areas and an appetite to learn and grow in the others:

Qualifications

* Server hardware and virtualization
* Cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Network security (TLS, Firewalls/Routing, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancing)
* User authentication (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OpenID, Kerberos)
* Windows Server administration
* Linux Server administration (RHEL, Ubuntu)
* Scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for CLI and REST API
* Tableau Server architecture, configuration and administration
* Tableau Desktop development (performance and UX design)
* Alteryx Server architecture, configuration and administration
* SQL and Database management
* Consulting, whiteboarding and presentation to technical and business audiences from analyst to executive level
* Proactive project management
