Are you passionate about engaging hands-on with practitioners in a workshop environment? Do you have desire to build solutions that help others facilitate great events with customers? Do you like helping to run massive engineering events in a fun, game-like atmosphere?

The SA Customer Engagements team is looking for a Solutions Architect to help develop mechanisms, tooling and enablement for customer engagements like Immersion Days, Hackathons and Game Days. The team is looking for experienced and motivated technologists who have deep technical skills and a bias for action.

You will partner with AWS SA teams to craft solutions that improve the quality, execution and review of customer engagements that accelerate the adoption of AWS. As a Solutions Architect, you will be a net contributor to development activities, mechanisms for content and event management. You will help shape and build the mechanisms and platform supporting multiple customer engagement initiatives. The ability to learn new technology and develop solutions that meet a high-quality bar is critical to the role.

Here are some of the qualities we are looking for:

* Have a passion for educating, training, designing, and building solutions to engage customers in a technical hands-on workshop environment
* Past experience working as a developer or a hands-on solutions architect. You will be expected to take part in design exercises to create world-class solutions built on AWS
* Comfortable on the white-board and the keyboard.
* Seek to understand outside perspectives and be inclusive to volunteers eager to help
* Love what you do, and know how to make work fun.
* Be dynamic and creative, willing to take on challenges
