We are looking for a QA Solutions Architect who will take all manual testing approaches into automated testing.

What You'll Do

* Lead the switch from manual testing to automated testing
* Revise and optimize existing QA processes to improve quality of delivered applications
* Setup required processes including test data management process
* Build automation frameworks (for UI, API and data testing)
* Revise existing test automation and increase coverage
* Identify or improve KPIs to measure existing processes and product quality
* Revise and optimize existing QA reporting to the management
* Take responsibility of QA offshore and onsite teams

What You Have

* Excellent communication skills
* Time management skills - ability to manage multiple streams
* Knowledge and experience in QA Automation
* Knowledge and experience in functional testing
* Team management experience
* Able to become a SME in built applications for offshore and onsite teams
* Knowledge of how QA automation can be integrated with CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have

* Java knowledge and experience
* Russian language will be helpful
