Responsible for:

* Validation of the Diagnostics Tools used to flash software onto vehicles
* Creating and executing test cases
* Maintaining the vehicle tracking system ensuring accurate vehicle status
* Reporting issues found during use of Diagnostic tools.
* Assisting engineers in debugging, retrieving data from vehicles and capturing CAN data.

Responsibilities

* Test Diagnostic Tools functions while flashing software onto vehicles as new versions are made available
* Report all issues found either in the software or tool and track to closure
* Create/update test cases accordingly for each new tool release
* Maintain release notes for flashing procedures as they change from release to release
* Support engineering in retrieving data from the vehicle such as CAN logs
* Provide training and support to other teams for new flashing procedures and releases

Qualifications

* Computer Science or Technical Degree
* 2+ Years in Software Quality Assurance
* Experience in automotive diagnostics a plus
* Experience in CAN bus a plus
* Experience with bug tracking software such as Jira
* Attention to detail and process is a must
