What You'll Do

* Communicate with customers via telephone and email to resolve software issues
* Document customer issues and resolutions in the incident tracking software- Dovetail
* Test, reproduce and document any software defects to be passed to development in the incident tracking software
* Provide internal support for other employees requiring assistance
* Provide after-hours support if needed
* Perform software upgrades and complete software installations (may require evening/weekend work)
* Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS and network infrastructure

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in IT or Business- related field preferred
* Basic knowledge of Windows preferred
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional in hectic situations
* Ability to work in fast paced environment
* Ability to solve problems effectively and creatively
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* +/-10% travel required to customer conference/industry events/customer sites.
