Short Description

Architects, designs and develops specific areas in product line within the

Development team for Avaya SBC group. Work on the packet processor

platform, cloud, Linux Kernel development, TCP/IP networking level development,

and Linux application level programming. Interacts with Product

Management group to understand the requirements and provide

architectural solutions. Work is performed with minimal direction and

reviewed by senior management. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.

Good knowledge of security platform programming

Deep knowledge of Linux Kernel internals and IP Tables

Extremely strong in Python, C/C++, TCP/IP networking internals

Understanding of RTOS, memory profiling and application protocols like SIP, RTP, and HTTP etc

Working knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, TLS, SRTP, firewalls and certificate management

Deep understanding of security concepts like DOS/DDOS and protection against attacks

Preferred Requirements: Masters in relevant area is a plus.

Experience in Linux device driver implementation is a plus .

Experience with low latency packet processing in cloud.
