Position is for a requirements analyst and Scrum Master to work on a software team developing cutting edge analytical tools for DoD tactical and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Job Functions)

* Work with a team of LMI software developers and domain experts to gather requirements, manage backlog, direct daily scrum standups, support DevOps, and prepare client deliverables in support of development projects.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in agile software development environment.
* Minimum B.S. in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field.
* Advanced experience with requirements identification, elaboration and documentation.
* Scrum Master certification
* Demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master role with medium size project teams
* Demonstrated experience using agile software development methodologies and lifecycle management tools such as Atlassian JIRA.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team of software developers.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, for which one must be a US citizen.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Active DoD Secret Clearance
* Experience with milCloud/milCloud2 deployments
* Experience with automated software testing tools such as Selenium.
* Familiar with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
* Experience working in a consultant/client environment.
