These solutions enable administrators to centrally control, manage, audit and secure data no matter where it is stored. This specific position will be on the Data Guardian product team as an Automation Developer who will be responsible for providing high quality test automation for the Data Guardian Mac platform. The entire product team is responsible for building valuable encryption software that protects a user's corporate data. The team designs client software for Android, iOS, macOS, Windows and the Web and we're looking for talented engineers to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

* As part of the Mac Quality Engineering team, identify, develop, execute and maintain test automation for all DDS Mac based products.
* Participate in formal development practices such as testing, debugging and code reviews.
* Work with the entire development team to understand requirements, develop comprehensive test plans and create test cases that supports a continuous delivery of the Data Guardian for Mac product with the highest quality.
* Participate in daily standups and provide effective support to Product Teams, Product Owners and Scrum Master.
* Act as the escalation point for all testing related issues, provide the Quality perspective, provide status reports and escalate issues to responsible stakeholders, as well as ensure standard, and consistent Quality processes are followed.
* Ability to work with remote teams in an Agile based environment.

Essential Requirements

* Demonstrable knowledge of developing test automation in an Agile process.
* 2-5+ years of software test automation development.
* Must have strong communication skills and be project oriented with the ability to work with minimal day-to-day direction.
* Must be highly motivated and willing to work within a team environment.
* BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Desirable Requirements

* Experience with manual testing of Mac applications.
* Experience with coding in Python 2.7, 3.7 and AppleScript.
* Experience with testing Mac file systems, encryption, Cloud based products.
* Experience with data encryption and client/server security.
* Experience working in a CI/CD release cycle.
* Experience working with a Support team dealing with customer issues.
* Experience with the Atlassian Stack.
* Experiences with test case repositories like ALM, Panaya or Qmetry.
