In your role as a Project Analyst you will take raw content from Engineers and use it to create and author compliant process documentation like reports, software development plans etc. In addition to this a Project Analyst will be the scrum master and run the sprint cycles. This role is not a tech writer, the documentation created by Doc Engineer will not go to the end user. It has to be compliant with applicable regulations and processes.

A Day in the Life

- Work with software engineering and test engineering to write software technical documentation

- Work as a change analyst to route documents through Agile

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as software engineering, software test engineering to complete projects from inception to completion

- Work with the technical product management team to understand software requirements as it relates to the business

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

- Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.

- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience.

Nice to Have

* Strong Documentation background
* Writing skills
* Focus on quality and timely execution of work
* Proficient in MS Word/ Excel
* Prior experience working in regulated industry (i.e. Medical Devices, aerospace etc.)
