Position Description:

CGI Federal has a career opportunity for a talented Software Programmer in the area of Manassas, VA or Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD to support the integration and optimization and functionality of existing PMO Project Management Total Package Fielding (TPF) tools and develop a single enhanced PEO C3T TPF Tool that can seamlessly account for all fielded equipment within US Army enterprise

Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR).

Responsible for developing, implementing software in a ServiceNow environment.

PEO C3T Project Managers (PM) currently operate multiple instances of TPF tools and

automation of Readiness Management Division (RMD) functions. Each PM currently

uses unique websites and applications to capture TPF, New Equipment Training (NET),

RMD processes, and data. These websites also support various PM business

Processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to other engineering groups
* Participate in the development, maintenance and refinement of internal quality control and reliability programs
* Produce reports
* Present at program reviews, customer meetings and meetings with external organizations

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below

* BA/BS degree and 7 years of prior relevant programming experience
* Experience with all aspects of software developing, using ServiceNow
* Experience with requirements traceability, system-of-systems integration and testing, test planning, development and execution testing including experience with Army products and interfaces
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team
* Ability to isolate and resolve problems, document bugs, regress and close issues while working on particular application releases
* Experience in an Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Good verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint)
* US Citizenship is required

Desired:

* Experience with network architecture and communications
* Currently possess an active DoD SECRET security clearance
