About the job

The Value Stream Treasury is integrated in Group Treasury and have an overall responsibility for all services used by Treasury. As a Software Engineer (SE) in Treasury, your main responsibility will be to deliver secure, appropriate and reliable IT-services. Since early 2019 we have implemented the agile way of working.

Value Stream Treasury consists of 21 people, organised in 3 teams. We work with many parts of Swedbank due to the nature of the Treasury-function. Value Stream Treasury is part of BIO Group Functions within CFO Office.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Contribute in all areas: analyse, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team
* Support the APO's in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance and development
* Collaborate with the APO's, business analyst and other roles within Group Treasury and other parts of Swedbank to refine the product backlog to identify that the most valuable things are being worked on first
* Design and develop/construct solutions within the frames of defined architecture
* Solve and deploy solutions to incidents and problems
* Ensure quality awareness and care when designing, building and maintaining software

You should be knowledgeable in the following techniques and skills:

* General programming patterns (object orientation, data warehousing)
* SQL (Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL Server)
* MicroStrategy
* Java
* Cobol/Mainframe (incl. relevant Swedbank tools)

* A relevant university degree
* Proactive and analytical
* A good sense of humour

You will be requested to cooperate with lots of people, both within the Value Stream and with our stakeholders (mainly Group Treasury).
