What is the Engineering Leadership Development Program?

The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) positions you to be an integral part of the Siemens engineering team. Participants will have the opportunity to create new products, technologies, and applications, and drive the growth of Siemens as a full-stack engineer, back-end developer, front-end developer, project lead, or product marketing specialist.

The program is a full-time position with benefits and is designed to help you create a successful career path within Siemens.

Potential experiences include:

* Majors: Computer Engineering or Computer Science


* Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date - July 15, 2019 but no more than one year prior


* Minimum GPA: 3.0


* Relocation and Travel: Must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program


* Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required


* Familiarity with Java, Python, Angular, Artificial Intelligence, iOS or Android development
