Job Description

Description:Applicant will serve as a technical lead and Kanban owner for the ADP Apps team supporting closed area Major Systems for ADP. Major Systems include Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP), Product Data Management (Teamcenter), Manufacturing Engineering System (iBaset/Solumina), CAD/PLM (Dassault 3D Experience) and Earned Value (Deltek). Support ranges from implementation and day to day management of O&M activities as well as addressing specific Production-related outages in closed areas. To support investment and new capabilities, applicant will also be responsible for aligning backlog of the team to Scaled Agile best practices and methodology including management of workflow and priorities via Kanban board ownership. Applicant will be also expected to contribute to the resolution of outages in order to recover system functionality to normal operations in support of ADP closed areas.

Basic Qualifications:

The applicant should possess:

* Demonstrated experience with UNIX Navigation, Commands, and Shell Scripting
* Demonstrated experience with Windows navigation, scripting and experience debugging code within major systems in closed areas and/or stand alone networks
* Must be able to obtain or retain a Top Secret Clearance
* Demonstrated experience working between functional areas of the business and major systems implementation
* Ability to prioritize workload of the team in alignment with major systems requirements and long term site strategy
* Effective teaming skills and ability to establish and build effective relationships across ADP and Enterprise IT functional areas
* Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment adapt to rapidly changing conditions
* Effective verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

* Experience with TeamCenter Enterprise or TeamCenter Unified
* Demonstrated experience with SAP and or ERP-4C implementations
* Knowledge of CAD/PLM systems utilizing 3D Experience (3DX)
* Architectural understanding of existing major systems landscape in ADP closed areas
* Existing knowledge of Agile best practices utilizing Kanban methodology
* Experience in systems security rules administration and test/acceptance criteria and automation test scenarios
* Experience working in virtual teams across sites
* Participation and leadership in site level engagement activities (i.e. Code Quest)
