The F-22 Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI) team is looking to add an experienced software engineer to its software team. You will be part of the IFG Software organization, we are looking for someone to develop PVI software and help the team to transform by aiding in establishing a continuous integration / continuous development (CI/CD) pipeline and the automation of testing. We would like someone who can help PVI move forward as they engage in the next generation life upgrade. Experience with Agile methodologies, Ada and C++ is a plus.

The F-22 aircraft is on the front-line supporting key Air Force initiatives around the world and the measure of success for this work is in increased survivability for the men and women who put their lives at risk for all of us.

Candidate must be capable of supporting design and creating software solutions based on limited information on rapidly evolving projects. Must be able to clearly communicate and share design decisions to the team. This role requires a highly motivated, organized engineer with the desire to take on challenging assignments.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have a Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering or technical related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Experience in programming software languages such as C, C++, Java, or a related language.

Experience with object oriented architectures and design (OOA, OOD, or OOA/D), XML, Bash, Perl, Computer Vision, Python, and/or Machine Learning.
