Job Description

Bullhorn is building out a new team as part of the Enterprise Data organization to jump start an effort that is focused around targeted AI and automation efforts utilizing all of the data in their data lake, with use-case-specific high volume data connectors to AWS, GCP and Azure.

The AI team is responsible for the science, services and platforms that power matching and recommendations, intelligent conversational workflows and advanced analytics across Bullhorn's platforms and systems.

As a Software Engineer, Omni Channel your typical day might include:

* Knowledge of unit and integration testing methodologies, and the ability to write, debug and deploy testing frameworks


* Experience with traditional RDBMS databases, such as MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc and/or NoSQL Databases like Cassandra, search engines like ElasticSearch etc.


* Able to think at scale and meet high availability goals, bringing a focus on solving resiliency, latency and quality challenges in a cloud environment..


* Build and support customers and 3rd party vendors via robust well-documented services and SDKs



This job might be for you if:

* You have 5+ years of engineering experience building at-scale software applications in email, text, video chat and streaming data


* Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience


* Experience working at global scale, familiarity with domain-specific opt-in rules


* Can show strong expertise in real-time communications protocols, message queuing, programmable voice, call handling, routing, speech to text


* Possess significant experience in writing cross-platform services for iOS and Android
