Description

In order to continue building out-of-the-box functionality that makes purchasing and personal finance management time-saving and intuitive, Klarna launched "KlarnAI": an R&D group with the goal of leveraging machine learning and algorithms to enhance user experience. We work on developing machine intelligence to assist end users with personalisation, organisation, and (our current focus!) navigating the web to perform complex tasks.

Our team members come from varied backgrounds in research and software engineering and work together on diverse tasks: from studying data and sharing research papers, to iterating on prototypes, to building infrastructure for obtaining/storing data and running experiments. We are looking for a seasoned developer to take on a leading role in infrastructure projects, and to act as an informal software development mentor to her or his colleagues.

Who you are

* A versatile software engineer with several years of professional experience and a proven record of building and maintaining solutions for data storage and processing.

You might also have experience with:

* Google Cloud (highly desirable) or AWS
* Python (highly desirable)
* Creating commercial websites
