We're searching for product focused full stack engineers to join an instrumental group that impacts loan decisioning across Blend product lines. The Loan Officer team is responsible for building intuitive consumer oriented software that Blend systems rely on to provide seamless & data driven credit decisioning. This group focuses heavily on building integrations against industry systems to make sense of the data gathered from the entirety of the financial system. REQUIREMENTS

Excellent coding, problem solving, and debugging skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail in coding tendencies

NICE TO HAVES

Startup environment experience

Computer Science Degree

Web Application development experience

Experience with one or some of the following JavaScript, React, Node.js, Go, and/or Python

Prior experience with Postgres and/or MongoDB

History of building products while collaborating with Product Managers and Designers from the user perspective
